This document summarizes the achievements of an organization dedicated to promoting lung health in 2014-2015. It screened nearly 1,300 individuals for lung capacity and provided health services to over 35,000 people at 170 community events. It assisted 200 people to quit smoking, administered senior wellness programs for 1,500 people, and provided breathing equipment to 357 patients free of charge. The organization is proud of its work but relies on donations to continue its efforts to end lung disease.
