Ras Trumbi Tourism Center Pre-investment and Technical Studies was conducted as total development management together with white clean infrastructure systems for over 10 millions of square meters in mid location between Al Qussier and Marsa Alam city in Red Sea Region (Egypt) in respect of AKA Group Tourism Projects. Project Activities Tourism Activity: 3, 4 and 5 stars hotels in about 22 Tourism Village and Resorts. Leisure Activity: Theme Parks, Restaurants, Café, Snacks, Ice Cream Corners, Amphitheatre, Cinemas. Commercial Activity: Mall, Retails, Bazaars, Car Rent, Bank Branches, Travel Agents, etc. Residential Activity: Time Share, Condominiums, Private Villas, Flats, etc. Central Services: Catering, Office Buildings, Workers Area, Water, Electric Stations, etc. Agriculture Activity: To serve and provide the project agriculture and horticultural needs.
