2. Why do we need such a programme?  We need it for Human Resource Development which leads to the fulfillment of : - A. Human Rights Protection B. Family Welfare & Social Justice C. National Security & Development D. World Peace & Harmony  Article 51 of Indian Constitution states that promotion of world peace and security is the duty of Government of India.  A teacher is the builder of a society, nation and world. Therefore we need to build best teachers in any society.

3. What is the Aim of Education ?  Article 26(2) of Human Rights Declaration, 1948 by UNO states that : A. Education shall be directed to the full development of Human Personality. B. Education shall lead to the strengthening of respect for human rights & fundamental freedoms. C. Education shall promote understanding, tolerance and friendship among all nations, racial or religious groups D. Education shall further the activities of United Nations for the maintenance of Peace.

5. How to achieve the aim of Education  Bhagavad-Gita is the definitive medium to achieve the true goals of education.  It is a powerful source to accomplish Total Personality Development.  The central message of Bhagavad-Gita is to strive towards the establishment of Rule of Justice.  Bhagavad-Gita is the universal source of knowledge of science of action and principles of politics.

What to resolve from this session  There is a prevalence of Adharma- Corruption and Crime all over the nation and world.  The remedy for our situation can arise from the Centres of Human Resource Development viz. Schools, Colleges and Universities.  Therefore Conscious Development Programmes for our Teachers are the need of the hour.  Bhagavad-Gita is a “Parasmani” which can convert base metal into gold and teach us the true Science of Action.
