Transportation Costing Group (TCG) and TMW Systems have signed an agreement to bundle TCG's costing and profitability tools with TMW's transportation management software. This will streamline the purchase process for mutual customers. The agreement allows TCG to license interfaces that enable seamless data transfer between TMW software and TCG's cost information system. This integrated solution provides carriers with accurate cost and profitability analysis for loads, including all expenses. Both companies expect the partnership to better serve their joint customers.

- 1. Transportation Costing Group and TMW Systems Sign Agreement to Streamline Customer Purchases TCG and TMW extend partnership to benefit mutual customers ROCKVILLE, Md. September 10, 2013 -- Transportation Costing Group (TCG), providers of Activity-Based Costing and Profitability Management Tools for truckload and less-than-truckload motor carriers, today announced it has entered into an agreement with TMW Systems (TMW), the leading provider of Transportation Management Software to North American for-hire and private fleets, to bundle TMW TMS interfaces with their solutions making the purchase of TCG solutions more convenient for TMW customers. Under the new agreement, TCG is permitted to license the Innovative IES速 TCG Interface, the TruckMate速 TCG Interface, and the TMWSuite速 TCG SmartLink with the purchase of their Activity-Based Costing and Profitability Management Tools. Implementing the respective TCG integration module enables TMW customers to transfer data seamlessly to TCGs Cost Information System. The financial and operational data is then used to develop actual cost and profitability information on each and every load in a given period in the TCG software, including payroll, toll and other inputs, with full reconciliation to the General Ledger. This new agreement enhances our longstanding partnership enabling TCG to quickly and effectively implement its profitability management tools for truckload and less-than-truckload carriers that run TMW Systems Transportation Management Software, stated David Wangler, President of TMW Systems.
