PLEASE NOTE: The signed contract and the $750.00 non-refundable registration deposit must be received in The School
Admissions Office by 6:00 p.m., or postmarked no later than April 1, 2011, in order to receive the Early
Enrollment Discount. If contracts are delivered in person, we kindly ask that you wait while we review the
contract(s).
MID-YEAR ENROLLMENT: The tuition fee shall be billed based on the enrollment date in accordance with the terms of
the Mid-Year Tuition and Fee Schedule.
PAYMENT OF TUITION:
? A NON-REFUNDABLE registration deposit of $750.00 is due with the Enrollment Contract.
? A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on any past due balance.
A. Choose your plan carefully. It cannot be changed after July 22, 2011.
Note: All Payment Plans can now be paid by credit card. See B. FACTS below and the
enrollment contract for more information.
Plan A: Two-thirds of the tuition will be billed on or before August 1 and will be due by the start of the student¡¯s school
year. The remaining tuition will be billed on or before December 1 and will be due by December 31. This option
requires enrollment in the Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) outlined below.
Plan B: The tuition will be divided equally into 9 payments, billed August - April, with payments due according to the
FACTS agreement. This option requires enrollment in the Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) outlined below.
Plan C: The tuition will be billed on or before August 1and is due by the start of the student¡¯s school year. Families
choosing this plan will not be required to participate in the Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) outlined below.
B. FACTS ¨C Participation in the FACTS Tuition Management Program is required for Plan B and all plans using the credit
card payment option.
1. Automatic Bank Payments ¨C Payments will be deducted on the 20th of the month.
All payments processed through FACTS are subject to the following fees:
? $150.00 ¨C ISM processing fee (due with this contract).
? $41.00 ¨C FACTS enrollment fee ($20.50 for the second child and subsequent children are free,
provided the same the account is used) will be withdrawn directly from your account.
2. Credit Card Payments ¨C Payments will be deducted on the 20th of the month (MasterCard, Discover, or
American Express only).
Payment by credit card is available for all payment plans. Participation in the FACTS Tuition Management
Program is required when electing to pay by credit card. All FACTS fees apply (see B.1.) in addition to a
2.5% convenience fee of each transaction.
Please call FACTS directly to enroll in this program: 1.800.233.1096. Note: It will be necessary for you to enter the
FACTS Agreement number (provided by FACTS once enrolled) on the Enrollment Contract.

2. TUITION REFUND PLAN (TRP): If, for any reason, a student withdraws from The School during the academic year,
the family is required to pay any remaining tuition due. There are no refunds on, or forgiveness of, tuition or
fees incurred. The School requires that all families utilizing Plan A or B enroll in the TRP. The fee for the TRP
program is 2.1% of the annual tuition and will be billed to your account. It is recommended to all families that
they consider utilizing the TRP.
ANNUAL OBLIGATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests for cancellation require written notice mailed,
return receipt requested, to the Admissions Department of ISM at 6385 Beach Road, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. IF
NOTICE IS RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE APRIL 29, 2011, you will be released from any further obligations to The
School. IF NOTICE IS RECEIVED BETWEEN APRIL 30 AND JUNE 10, 2011, you will be charged a cancellation fee
equal to 20% of the total tuition and fees due for the school year. IF NOTICE IS RECEIVED BETWEEN JUNE 11
AND JULY 29, 2011, the cancellation fee will be equal to 60% of the total tuition and fees. AS OF JULY 30,
2011, the obligation to pay all tuition and fees is unconditional and no amounts paid will be refunded and no
outstanding balance will be cancelled in any event, including, without limitation, absence, withdrawal, or
dismissal of the student from The School.
EXTENDED DAY: Extended Day is available for all students in Preschool through Grade 5, from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
daily, at no additional charge for full-day students. Early Childhood students participating in the half-day program are
welcome to participate in morning extended day at no additional charge.
MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES: Charges for items such as field trips, athletic/activity fees, etc. are billed monthly through
July.
BOOK FEES: As in the past, books will be sold in grade level sets for students in ECE-Grade 9, rather than billed per
book. For students in Grades 10-12, books will continue to be billed individually as per the student¡¯s course selection.
The bundled book price list for 2011-2012 will be sent separately.
