This document provides an overview of the TurboCASH accounting software project which is run as a limited partnership. It is seeking a VC partner and follows open source principles. Some key points made are that small businesses hate traditional accounting software as it is too expensive, difficult to use, requires support, and can't integrate with the web. TurboCASH is free to download, has great documentation, and a community supported website. It has been successful with over 500,000 downloads across 80 countries. Marketing is done through search engines, branding, and free distribution.

Current Strategy - $ 8 Million
Minimizes commercialization and works primarily on
the collective value of the users. These are actual
realized figures Users are valued at $ 100 per user
Implementation of Commercial Model - $ 2 Million per year
Product is divided into free offering and licensed offering.
Multi user is the primary divider. Users also pay for us to
connect to other commercial systems. Revenues grow
proportionally to the user base
Expand Base to 500 000 - $ 50 Million
This is a future projection and assumes that we are
able to expand the user base. User are still valued at
$ 100 per user, revenues are projected as $2 M per
100 000 users.
