George configured the new computers with Greek as the default language and located in Greece, though this no longer causes issues with the student information system. Instructions are provided for installing Google Chrome, configuring the proxy server for internet access at school, and registering for a Skydrive account which provides 25GB of free cloud storage across multiple devices and operating systems.

As usual the first computer set up by George
was configured to be in Greece [not Cyprus] and
with Greek [on a UK keyboard!] as the default
language. Although this no longer creates a

10. Skydrive
Skydrive is a service from Microsoft that gives
you 25Gb of free cloud storage synced between
all your Windows computers, Windows
Phones, iPhones, iPads and Macs.
You can also access all your files and edit all your
Office documents from almost any Internet
connected device.
11. This is way more storage than the school offers
on its file server.
12. Skydrive is already installed on your computer
but you do need to go to apps.live.com/skydrive
to register and make the Skydrive appear.
