Key Responsibilities

using the full online/offline mix
• Day to day liaison and management of creative, media and PR agencies as required, generate and deliver
promotional opportunities
• Develop and manage valuable third party partnerships
• Test, learn, report on and continuously improve on all activity
• Build and integrate our driver and passenger communities; oversee the twitter feeds, blogs, email and other
channels to generate engagement and build relationships - working with the global social lead for sharing and
guidance
• Work with central CRM team to execute on loyalty management programmes to develop and retain drivers
and passengers
• Bring new ideas to the table
• The role reports to the UK General Manager, with dotted line into VP Marketing
• Line management responsibility for the UK marketing executive
• Key relationships will include the partners and marketing peers across the globe
Requirements
• Degree-level education
• Impressive brand marketing background. You’ve done stuff we’ve heard of and/or been involved in a start-
up environment
• Great grasp of the broad marketing mix (on and offline). Appreciation of both performance and intuitive
marketing
• Line management experience
• A real hands-on executor. You have to be someone who loves getting stuff done. This is a start-up and we
mean business
• Extremely digitally/technology/new media/social media savvy with a working knowledge of web and mobile
technologies
