How it developed 2007  independent project     autonomous project within Kyiv Student Council (youth self-government organization) digest
And developed 2008  site launch
And is developing. 2009  site re-launch

Lessons we learned  Find a niche  be specific or Find a niche in an occupied niche  > Unite the maximum  and we give more
Lessons we learned Constant update  (daily information flow) > survive
Lessons we learned Go offline  > learn your target group Be where your TG is >Take all the chances,  visit all topic-related events
Lessons we learned Ask for feedback - Polls, by the way conversations > meet your TG needs
Lessons we learned Be present in new media > social networks, livejournal,  Google/Y!-groups
Lessons we learned Make project friends > fans > reliable partners Every person counts
Lessons we learned First give  then take First ask  then receive
Lessons we learned Visual image  important! > attracts > makes you look serious
Lessons we learned Youth project  made by youth > Informal approach > Speak youth
Lessons we learned Love it! - Be  passionate about what you do
