Unity Day is an annual event held on October 12th to unite against bullying. People are encouraged to wear orange on this day and write "UNITY" on their hands or create orange ribbons to show support for students who are bullied. Participants can update their social media, sign an anti-bullying petition, and post pictures of people wearing orange. The goal is to make it known that bullying will not be tolerated and that those being bullied are not alone.
