You should be a member for at least 1 month period and must be a team leader in order to avail the birthday incentive. Members are required to submit a scanned or photocopy of NSO birth certificate and (1) valid I.D. at least 1 week before the birth date. An amount of 25 pesos will be deducted from each account of those members who will make a request for payout. For those members who have their birthdays in the same month, UPN will divide the total amount received during that month equally.
