form December – 2013 till date
Responsibility
Working in mechanical department & my responsibility is to supervise and guide
various mechanical activities in Grinding Raw material for kiln .
 Leading a team of workers, guiding them in the Maintenance activities.
 Coordination and liaison with other Departments.
 Preparation and planning of Preventive Maintenance schedule for the plant and
equipment’s.
 Designing special tools and fixtures to improve and reduce maintenance time,
and thus increase productivity.
2.)Worked as FORMAN (Mechanical) at RHINO CEMENT LTD. NAIROBI KENYA from
May-2011 to November – 2013.
Responsibility-
Working in mechanical department & my responsibility is to supervise and guide
various mechanical activities in Grinding Unit of cement.
 Leading a team of workers, guiding them in the Maintenance activities.
 Coordination and liaison with other Departments.
 Preparation of estimates of man power, and material for the New Projects.
 Negotiations with the suppliers and subcontractors.
 Preparation of Master Plans for the Production and Load Balancing of the
workstations.
 Preparation and planning of Preventive Maintenance schedule for the plant and
equipment’s.
 Designing special tools and fixtures to improve and reduce maintenance time,
and thus increase productivity.
 Preparation of work schedules and BAR Charts for various programmed
Modification projects and Maintenance works.
 Inventory control of spare parts and Material pertaining to the department.
 Preparation of purchase indents as per specifications and preparation of cost
comparison statements.

March-2005 to April 2009 as a Supervisor.
