WHAT:              City Council Member Melissa Mark-Viverito will join CREOLE Restaurant & Music Supper
                   Club in co-hosting the official Election Night Party in Upper Manhattan. Join us and event
                   co-sponsors Organizing for America Team Harlem, The Progressive Democratic Club of
                   East Harlem, and Drinking Liberally Harlem for a fun and enjoyable evening of politics,
                   delicious food, and dynamic musical entertainment courtesy of funk band Pure Volume.

WHY:               The 2012 Presidential Election will likely be remembered as one of the most important
                   and memorable in our nation’s history. Now after months of debate, deliberation, and
                   democratic mobilization, the time to vote for America’s future has finally arrived.
                   Exercising this fundamental right to vote means standing up for many other critical
                   rights that are currently on the line in this election, and making a valuable contribution
                   to Harlem’s esteemed legacy of political activism and engagement.

LOGISTICS:         The debate will be shown on two screens for optimal viewing. A special selection of
                   cocktails and appetizers uniquely-priced for the occasion will be served, including
CREOLE's Voodoo Wings, Chicharron de Pollo, and Fried Coconut Shrimp as well as our
           exclusive Obama-Tini and Swag cocktails, all $5.00 each. There is no cover fee for
           the event. On-street parking only.
