User names are supported by different icons depending on the role of each ones Board shared by all participants and used by the speaker Commands list; the user can interact with the moderator / rest of the class talking, raising his hand and saying yes or no Control that lets the user decide to chat with the moderator, all participants or a single participant

7. 7 FAQ I left the session but I cant access again. Why? You must close both browser windows I cant hear clearly. Why? When you cant hear or you cant talk, you should follow these steps: Check that your headphones and microphone are working Check that two jacks are correctly plugged Dont use webcam and slides simultaneously: the need of bandwidth could reduce the audio quality Follow the audio setup wizard (see slide 5) If you cant hear yet, try to end the session and log in again, sometimes it works and improves the audio quality
