Using voice thread: Set up for AWL teachers with school accts
- 1. Using VoiceThread School Accounts
- 3. Add each group as a new user
- 4. Insert an image to use for a first slide. Check the VoiceThreads from previous projects for lots of ideas- Wordle, etc.,
- 5. Add a comment or slide or image with directions for students
- 6. Share with student groups. Give editing power to the team, so that they can add content
- 7. Choose Publishing Options I always moderate comments Publishing Options
- 8. Log into student account
- 9. Set up separate Identities for each member of the group
- 10. Get the student avatars from Edmodo. Add each student name and school code along with their avatar. Students with no avatar get a generic one automatically
- 11. Invite your group members to the VoiceThread. Give http://VoiceThread.com as the address They need the email address for the account and a generic password, like students Remind them of your expectations and to CHANGE To THEIR own AVATAR
