Deposits: are in addition to any handset One-Off Payments (as listed in the Handset Guide). Deposits are

Gas or Electricity bills: must be addressed to the business, or the person signing the application form at the
supply address AND must clearly show the Meter Point Reference Number (gas) or Meter Supply Number
(electricity). We will return any original bills we do receive to the customer (after we have checked them).
Equipment will only be despatched to this supply address.
