Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and development of customized transport and handling systems,
based on the clients’ needs and requirements. You provide specifications and quotations for purchased and
manufactured parts, based on your detailed design of mechanical modules and systems. You will be preparing
preliminarydesignproposal(s)includinglayoutdrawings. Secondly,youcreate andmaintaindrawingsandmachine
documentation that can be utilizedfor manuals and lessonslearned. Thirdly, you are responsible for drawing and
design reviewingtoensure manufacturability.Aswe are a small company, youwill workcloselywiththe assembly
line, productionandfabricationpersonnel.Therefore, youdon’tshyawaytodiscussyourdesign withthem. Finally,
you love to get together with the Project Engineers and to start working together on innovative (client) specific
transport and handling solutions.
We would love to talk to you if:
- You have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- You have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a professional engineering environment
- You are proficient designing complex machinery and systems utilizing Solidworks
- You have experience in AutoCad that be considered a plus
- You are creative in problem solving, with a keen eye for safety and quality
- You are an excellent communicator, both in English and Dutch
