Financial follow up. Implementation of companys internal control system for MPCS & supply chain management. Management Information Systems (MIS Reports DPR, MPR etc.). Design Co-ordination between Execution and Design Team. Projection of month wise Material/Resource requirement. Design Co-ordination between Execution and Design Team. Track work Co-ordination through planning. Preparation of Annual budget, fund flow monitoring, Providing financial forecasts & Profitability to the management. Preparation of weekly, Monthly, annual Construction plans for Structures & Formation Works. Preparation and giving presentation to the management showing the overall progress scenario of project. Listing the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.
