3. - 1/4 lettuce
- 1/4 escarole lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 big green tomato
- White vinegar (this is optional)
- Olive oil
-salt
These ingredients are very easy to get it and are very very
cheap.
4. -First we wash the lettuce very well then drain them and
cut them into small pieces, for this process we'll need a
bowl to put all ingredients
-Wash and peel the carrot.
-Next we peel the cucumber and cut it into slices. and add it
to the bowl.
-Then we cut the onion and add to the bowl and add it to
the bowl
5. -After that we wash and cut the tomato into pieces and
add it to the bowl.
-and if you wanna a better flavor, put it a few drops of
vinegar, a pinch of salt and a splash of oil.
-finally serve at room temperature, grate the rest of
carrot and that is all, you are ready to eat a healthy food.
