Description: Talent Management System in an online job portal designed to
formulate the best workforce for organizations in the Healthcare Industry. The
portal enables members within the organization to create and validate job
requisitions, post jobs on the company’s site, rank and compare applicants,
channelize the on-boarding process, perform background checks and conduct
surveys through other third party vendors. The portal also enables job
aspirants to search for particular jobs, share job related information to others
through various social media options, apply to various jobs and complete the
on-boarding process online. Further the job portal is enhanced to be mobile
friendly to enable applicants to use a wide range of devices while looking for
jobs.

Description: The Training Management System is designed to manage the
training’s that a company conducts for its employees. This application allows
the HR Manager to create and manage different batches, streams and training

by selecting the batch, stream, training venue, trainers, date and time. The
application then automatically organizes the training session by sending
meeting requests to all the related personnel and also books the training
venue for the session using Outlook. The application also allows sharing of
study material and samples between the trainers and trainees.
