4 4 All recruitment agencies are the same, aren’t they? We double check Most agencies don’t check references, they specifically exclude any responsibility for it. We check and then check again, direct and indirect references References We cover 100 days Most agencies rebate if a candidate leaves, typically 8-12 weeks. Thats not enough. We cover 14.3 weeks, 100 days. Replacement Face 2 face Most agencies just conduct phone interviews and ‘have a chat’. Thats not good enough. We conduct structured interviews in person. Interviews Interview We pass on ALL the information we glean from our structured interviews so you know exactly what we know about the candidate. It saves time and effort. De-brief CV+ Most agencies simply pass on CVs. We analyse the candidates CV specifically with reference to YOUR recruitment needs. We check facts and expand on pertinent issues. This gives you a full picture and allows you to concentrate on important issues. Commentary Loyalty Most agencies take the money and run. We expect satisfied clients to return again and again.
