VIDEO ASSETS (stock FX footage)
We are going to search for a flame asset online. We are going to
find one that we can legally use for free. We will also use a
smoke asset from the web or one that Dave / Nick has found.
VIRTUAL ASSETS (AE generated FX)
We are going to colour balance our footage, colour correct the
footage and adjust the curves to enhance our footage.
MATTE PAINTINGS (digital 2D imagery)
Before we begin shooting we are going to take some stills of our
scene without anybody in the shot. We will then use the stills to
put behind the footage to create the effects.
