(1) EKSU being a Public Institution the public has the social responsibility of
knowing the state, be identified with the growth of your University and how the
University is run to meet the objectives of its establishment;
(2) We in the University act in loco parentis to your children and wards who are
our students and therefore should collaborate and synergize efforts in their
development;
(3) Outcome of our activities as a University is impactful on the public in terms
of quality of graduates and research output that should advance the socio-
economic conditions of people.
