She attended Boston University on a Division 1 NCAA field hockey scholarship. At BU, she excelled on the field and in the classroom and graduated with a B.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling. After her education at BU, Vicki worked in operations management at Goodwill Industries for 5 years. Vicki quickly became recognized as a leader with an aptitude for motivating and empowering others and was introduced to her first multilevel marketing company. She became the top female producer in all of New England, with offices outside of Boston, MA and Portland, ME. Due to her success with her first MLM, Vicki was recruited to help build a successful chain of fitness centers outside of Boston. Over the next seven years, she moved up the corporate ladder. Beginning in sales, she excelled and became the regional manager, mostly in part by her ability to successfully recruit and develop many effective salespeople for the organization. Vicki created the sales manual that eventually made the business "turn-key," which led to its sale. Vicki's mission in life is to empower and help others reach their potential. With a little tough love, compassion and effective training techniques, Vicki wants to help every person who has the desire, will and work ethic to reach their goals.
