- 1. To: Requester, Victory World Church has a heart to help the community that we serve. Due to the high volume of requests from our congregation for financial help we are unable to provide assistance to everyone. At this time, we are only able to provide assistance for church members of Victory. If you are attending, serving, involved and tithing (giving 10% of your income), please fill out the Request for Financial Assistance form with copies of the bills you are asking for assistance with. We do want to provide some alternatives; please note the attached Citywide Resource List which we have compiled for you. This directory is filled with resources and services from organizations in Gwinnett County and in the Atlanta Metropolitan area. If you need food assistance or emergency lodging, please contact or go by the Norcross Coop on Mitchell Dr., just down from the church. They will attempt to help you with these needs. If you currently do not have a church home we encourage you to visit Victory and to consider becoming a part of our
