24. Two analysis results (or one analysis result with its duplication) can be selected, synchronized with
memos, and reproduced through (for comparative reproduction).
You can play, stop, and move images either simultaneously or independently.
Change in display size or position of image, element sheet, or memo is possible at any time.
Select either to play or to skip for normal, Muda, and exceptional works to reproduce images while
skipping unnecessary elements.
A click on element sheet allows you to move the image and reproduce it instantly.
Any point can be stored as synchronization point, which helps you to jump to the point in an
instance for quick comparative reproduction.
25. Work Analysis Result Verification
The image can be reproduced through, with memo displayed simultaneously with the image.
Size and position of the image, work element sheet, and memo can be changed.
Select either to play or to skip per each classified item, e.g. Muda, exceptional work, etc., and you
can see the whole image continuously, omitting items to skip.
Memo can be overlapped on the image.
Just by clicking element chart, you can jump immediately to the image you need to reproduce.
26. . Work normalization leads to "Kaizen"
It is possible to move the work element, easily by the drag and drop of the mouse. The element
table is to be updated simultaneously with the movement and reflected in the chart, too. The
normalization-result can be quickly confirmed by replaying the image through after its movement.
It is possible to normalize 20 processes at max. And select the average value of the cycle, too.
Work process allocation (leveling) is easy. Just drag and drop analyzed data and you will
get it leveled. The result of leveled work can be checked immediately by reproducing the
newly created image of work.
Erro range can be set with maximum and minimum values, using the average value
calculated through analysis on multiple cycles.
Takt-Time is automatically calculated and displayed based on operation hours and
target production volume.

The file-output function of Microsoft Power Point supports strongly the documentation for the
presentation of work-analysis and improvement report. It creates the page of every work-element
based on the result of the work-analysis and it is possible to paste the name, tiem0value and static
image to every page. It is possible to replay the image by the slide show , too. (It creates the
image(WMV) file for every work-element. And it is possible to replay WMV file to be created, solely)
It is possible to use as Video Manual, too!
Analysis results can be output to PowerPoint files.
Time Prism automatically creates a new page with tatic and animated images patched for each
element.
The files are ideal for video manuals, as elements classified as Muda can be skipped. (Microsoft

It is possible to create easily standard work-combination votes from the work-analysis data. It is
possible to do quickly while confirming, because a chart is in real time displayed on the screen. it is
possible to create from the outside data in the file of CSV and EXCEL and then it is possible to
utilize widely.
