Lincoln Park was explored by a group of students from Loyola. It was named after President Lincoln in 1865 and is home to one of the oldest zoos in the country. According to 2000 census data, Lincoln Park has a predominantly white population with a median household income of $68,613. Notable landmarks include the Lincoln Park Zoo, Molly's Cupcakes, and Pocket Puppies.
