Visual notes from a school year
- 1. Naomis Visual Notes Mekif Yehud High-School 2014/15
- 2. We came back to school to find that some things had changed Someone was overzealous with the paintbrush
- 3. while others had not. It would take rain to get that roll of toilet- paper off the trees.
- 4. And so the rains came. Oct. 31
- 5. There was even hail! The closest we got to snow!
- 6. Sadly, we did our crying in the rain too. Mourning the loss of our student ,Refael, aged 19
- 7. Then the sun made the schoolyard look positively brilliant!
- 9. The sun did a good job with the hallways too! Checkers, anyone?
- 10. Time passes in an orderly manner at school. Even though I cant seem to read the time on this sundial
- 11. There were birthdays, staff meetings
- 12. and report cards. The chair seems rather ashamed of itself
- 13. The way from the car to the gate may be so very familiar, Oct. 30 The leaves point the way!
- 15. It pays to look up, too! All poised for flight!
- 16. We tried to keep up with the academic work, See the geometry lesson on the building?!
- 17. in between the abundance of school activities. Fundraising Event for Study-Trip
- 19. Coming together for memorial ceremonies.
- 20. We had some visitors Though usually not through the window!
- 21. the back yard was renovated The one year I wasnt assigned yard duty there
- 22. the school guard got a new booth With an air conditioner!
- 23. and vending machines raised new issues.
- 24. During exam days the yards were so empty
- 25. Well, not really empty!
- 26. Another school year ends. See you next year!!!
