Josh Thompson is a current student at the University of Kentucky studying sociology with an emphasis on business management and marketing. He has focused his studies on sustainability and the environment. Some of his university projects examined air quality and pollution on campus as well as coal reliance. He is interested in working for an organization focused on environmental issues and has also considered working for a bourbon distributor in the future.

Raised In Lexington, Kentucky Current Student at the University of Kentucky
Major: Sociology; emphasis on Business Management and Marketing. My current studies are focused on the impact of sustainability on our environment and how we can attain that desired outcome.
 Specific qualities I gained at UK  Field Research dedicated to sustainability  Sales Management and Marketing techniques  Advertising and Slogan construction  Personal and Web based survey experience University Projects: •Air Quality and Pollution on University of Kentucky’s campus. •Coal reliance in UK’s future. •We need to be 100% clean.
• Professionally trained in Wine’s and Spirits. • Volunteered for multiple aid/relief efforts locally and nationally. • Participate in Conservation programs around Kentucky. • Excel in leadership positions, social settings and sales related concepts.
My Strengths Team-player Adaptable Competitive Maximizer Achiever
Future Plans • Possibly work for an organization that dealt with the issue’s revolving around our earth.
Interests • I have always had an interest in my local culture and I would like to one day work for a Bourbon Distributor.
