then promoted to Sales Manager a
year later overseeing 1/3 of the
entire sales organization
BeFree, Inc.

Brought in by the leadership team
of PCs Compleat to develop and
run an Account Management Team
for this early SaaS affiliate
marketing company

Member of the management team
that oversaw a successful IPO
which raised $230mm
Monster.com

Hired initially to develop and lead
a team to greater growth potential.
In a little over a year, I was
promoted to oversee a major
portion of the sales team
responsible for $120mm in revenue
and exceeding 35% growth targets
OrderMotion

Hired to attain and develop a
hunter/farmer A team for this SaaS
order management company
Direct Capital

Initially brought in to develop a
new sales organization. Within a
year I was promoted to run the
entire sales organization of 4 sales
verticals including inside and
