  • #12: The details of the various business issues hard to read the text on a projector While most in the voice industry talk about accuracy and productivity the reality is that the real reason why a Vocollect Voice project is given a green light is that it is supportive of a key business objective be that a growth initiative or regulatory driver. Typically, this slide is the main conversational driver in order to fund a Vocollect Voice project. Without funding support, the operational desires are just that desires that will rarely advance to a project authorization. So, first we focus on the business at the highest level, then we engage at the operational level which is where the DC walk-through really takes center stage.
