Voicethread is a tool for having conversations around media that allows users aged 13 and over with a real email address and C2K access to create voice and text comments on uploaded images. To register, users go to voicethread.com and sign in or register, then can create a Voicethread by uploading an image, adding a title and description, recording or typing comments, and then sharing it by setting the access and embedding the long code into a wiki.

- 3. Registering for Voicethread •Go to http://voicethread.com •Click on ‘Sign in or register’
- 4. CREATION Once you have logged in, click on ‘Create’ Click on ‘1. Upload’ and browse for your image Add a title and description
- 5. CREATION Go to Step 2 – Comment Click on the word ‘Comment’ below the cartoon strip Either voice record or type your instructions and click save
- 6. SHARING Select ‘Publishing options’ from the bottom of the page and set the access Select ‘Embed’ from the bottom of the page and copy the long code to embed your Voicethread into your wiki
