Are you familiar with the team members, and are they accomplished?
Does the core team have complimentary skills?
Does it sound realistic to you? Can you see the vision?
Do you feel comfortable with everyone?
Do you bring something unique to the table?
Questions to ask before you commit

How much time will this take? Is it an ongoing commitment?
Is the work evenly distributed?
