VaidyaRishi is a proposed mobile app that aims to connect doctors and patients efficiently. It will act as a mediator by allowing users to book appointments. The app targets all age groups and socioeconomic backgrounds. Capital will be borrowed from Startup India at a subsidized rate with low interest. Key departments include operations, accounting, marketing, and web development. The app will provide an affordable healthcare option and generate revenue through doctor commissions, ads, and medicine sales. It has the strengths of wide coverage and low costs but weaknesses in limited internet access. The opportunity is in serving a wide market with no direct competitors.
2. Introduction
Our plan is to develop a mobile application named
VaidyaRishi, which will connect doctors and patients
in the most efficient way.
This application will act as a mediator between the
doctors and the patient.
This app will not only work as an aid for aged people
but will also target every other category because
diseases do not have a specific age target.
3. The companys goal is to provide easy,
affordable and equal medical facilities to
patients belonging to all age groups and
socio-economic backgrounds.
4. Capital structure
Capital will be borrowed from start up India . The reason
behind borrowing capital from them is that they will
give us loan on a subsidized rate and will charge low
rate of interest.
Thus our app will require low working capital and much
lower fixed capital. Along with this will be promoting
start up India and digital India campaign.
6. Operating and maintenance
department Web developers- will create the app as per our
demand and instructions. They will ensure the
simple yet attractive look of our app and web page.
This not the end point of their duties. As we know
what comes to us has to be preserved For this
purpose we will hire few technicians and small
number of engineers.
Tele callers- Tele callers will assist customers and
doctors with their grievances and problems. They
will be responsible to make sure that no user of our
app stays unhappy or unsatisfied. 2 tele callers
would be sufficient to handle customer grievances.
7. Admin and accounts department
Admin and accounts department is responsible to
record and check the financial outflow and inflow
of the firm, they are provided with all expenses
and revenues.
They make us aware about the loose points of our
firm and provide us an abstract information about
the working of the firm.

10. Market Size
Market size here is very wide as we are not targeting a particular
group of the society .
At initial stage we are focusing on city level .
Our market will keep on increasing , as more doctors come up
with us .
After completing our initial target we will grow up to state level
and then to the country level .

1. Both the apps provide a link between doctors and patients by
helping up in setting appointments at the convenience of the patients.
2. Both the apps also offer door to door medicine delivery service and
both the organisations have collaborated with all a number of
laboratories also.

We will also take commission from IMA for adding
up there members . (5%)

wholesale and sell them at retail.(30%)

Initially- INVITING DOCTORS FROM INDIAN
MEDICAL ASSOCIATION IS IN ITSELF A PROGREE.
WE IN THE VERY FIRST STEP WILL INVITE
DOCTORS THAT ARE HIGHLY QUALIFIED AND
CERTIFIED.
Long Term Mission- Long term target of our firm will be
the public of Madhya Pradesh, then few more near by
states, then to whole of India.
Welfare- Once our doctors base is settled, we will allow
and support donations through our app. We will not
charge anything for it.
21. Medicines- with the expansion of our business , we
will sell medicines online.
Providing care takers- those people who are unable
to look after their parents or elder ones can visit our
website and choose the care taker of their choice.
Website of the application will include each and every
important detail of the TO BE CARTAKER . They
can first interview him /her then decide whether to
hire him or not.this way they will get to care their
elders without even quitting their jobs.
