Non-Formal Education: Effective short-term non-formal education programs to be developed and used to speedily integrate students in the formal system of education. NFE and ODL for Secondary Education: Expansion of Secondary level education through formal and distant learning programme. TVET: Introduction of Technical and Vocational education in non-formal middle level schools.
