Happy, Satisfied Customers  Summer camp is a cut throat business! The American Camp Association states there are approximately 12,000 summer camps nationwide (lots of competition) If counselors dont engage with parents and campers there are others places to go and they will go there @campleadership
Happy, Satisfied Customers If you want to have happy customers you need to engage with them A counselors first job is to make a camper and their parent feel comfortable  If people like you they are more likely to return as customers @campleadership

Capable Staff Counselors are paid to be friendly! I always tell my staff when I hire them  I can teach you how to do almost anything, but I cant give you a personality.  Hire friendly staff! @campleadership

Leadership Im not sure if I treat children & campers the same way I treat adults or if I treat adults the same way I treat children & campers, but either way it works. Individuals at work are looking for someone to lead them @campleadership
