Camp Wapiyapi provides a free week-long summer camp for children with cancer and their companions. The camp offers activities like arts and crafts, sports, kayaking and dancing to give campers support and a chance to have fun away from treatments. Medical staff are onsite at all times and campers are paired with volunteer companions. The camp aims to be a healing experience for children dealing with cancer.
