According to a yearlong study conducted by a team from McKinsey & Co. - a study involving 77 companies and almost 6,000 managers and executives - the most important corporate resource over the next 20 years will be TALENTS	The leaders at Johnson & Johnson, a world-class operation, told that they never used to go outside the company to recruit their top-level managers. Now they have to go outside as often as 25% of the time - because they have constant lack of TALENTS
Some points that will help to company to attract and retain talents:GREATcompany:The company genuinely cares about its people and the people, in turn, truly care about the company. Each person is motivated by the company's mission and aspirations. There is an enormous pride in being associated with the company's success and each individual's role in it.
GREAT leaders:Great leaders really do treat people with trust and respect, and honor the intelligence of all who contribute to the institution. Great leaders build the capacity to achieve results, knowing that they do this by giving freedom of action to talents and work ethic of their people.... They know their people and understand their dreams.
GREAT  job:Quite simply, people have got to like what they do and the people they do it with. A great job is demanding and stretching and full of content that the individual finds interesting and important. Much of feeling good about a job is the result of being valued for one's unique talents.
