Water exhibits unique behavior at 4 ° C; while begins to

That Phenomenon plays a role in breaking rocks in the icy

generates pressure on the rock, and it breaks the rock ,then is
produced cultivated soil

14. Water treatment
Treatment method: -
When I wake up early in the morning every day , I drink
4 cups of water each with a capacity (160 mm) on an
empty stomach.
It does not deal with any kind of food or fluids before the
lapse of 45 minutes
The sicker and the elder peoples may have difficulty at
first, drinking 4 cups of water at one time.
So they can drink less so that the work to increase the
quantity gradually
To be able to drink the proposed amount within a short
period of time
