To look after our body we need to eat a balanced diet, do 
exercise, drink water and have healthy habits.

sweets. 
Brush your teeth

To look after your heart and lungs:

nose, not your mouth. 
Wear warm clothes 
when is cold.
To look after your bones and muscles: 
Stretch your muscles before 
and after you do exercise.

SOMETIMES WE GET ILL 
We are ill when a part of or body doesnt function correctly. We are ill when 
we have a high temperature (fever), a cough or a pain.

When we are ill, we go to the doctor. The doctor examines us and sometimes, 
he gives us a prescription for medicines.
