The document proposes developing a web-based inquiry system for Marinduque Academy that would shorten the process of making inquiries, disseminate information more easily, and keep users updated on school events. Currently, making inquiries is inconvenient and time-consuming, teachers have difficulties with large numbers of students during enrollment, and staff are not always available. The proposed system would allow any user to inquire through the internet instead of going to the school in person. It would provide information about school rules, enrollment processes, events, and allow users to ask for help. The administrator would have control over updates to information.

o To develop a system that will shorten the process and will not cost the student or user too much. o Dissemination of information is at ease by the use of internet and other social networking sites also mobile phones. o To develop a system that will keep the user updated about the schools events and other activities. o To develop a system that will solve the problem of the teachers in times of troubles and complications. o To develop a system that can able to answer the inquiries of the student in the absence of the supposed staff. o Anybody can be the user of the system. o Inquiries of the user can be done through internet no need to go directly to the place. o The system is for inquiring only. o Users can learn about the school: rules and regulations; mission, vision and goals; enrolment process; important dates and events; updates and specially, the user can ask for help if needed. o The administrator has an authority to edit any updates with or without the permission of any teachers. o Exclusively designed for Marinduque Academy only. o It cannot be used for conversation o The system cannot generate information about the students profile. Group 2 Web-based Inquiry System for M.A.
