First, he always gets up very early, because he does exercise every week.
He always takes a shower and gets dressed with sport clothes.
For breakfast, he usually drinks a glass of juice with protein and eggs.
Next, he often takes his son Thiago to school.
and goes to the Camp Nou Stadium to train with his team. He trains every week.
He sometimes trains in other stadiums and travels to other cities to train twice a week.
He plays soccer games three or four times a month, because he is a very good soccer
player around the world.
His nutrition is very important, so he always has lunch in the stadium. There is a
nutritionist with the team.
Then, he goes home very late, so he never picks up Thiago from school.
He does yoga with his wife once a week but his wife does yoga every day.
For dinner, he usually has a cup of milk with protein and fruit. He goes to a restaurant
with his family once or twice a week.
He often plays video games with his children and sometimes he
helps with his children’s homework.
At night, he watches Netflix with his wife.
Finally, he goes to bed and sleeps. These are the common Lionel’s activities on
weekdays.
On weekends, he spends time with his family and friends in his mountain house. He
goes to this house once a month.
