They have an estimated value of US$358.1 billion, or US$65 million on average.

The leading feedstock this week was MSW, which accounted for 15 projects and an estimated US$1,846
million. This is equal to 38.8% of the total value this week.
In terms of estimated capacity, the leading feedstock was Plant biomass (non-waste), which amounted to an
annualised 3,926,597 tonnes or 37.4% of the total. MSW was the leading feedstock for power generation this
week, amounting to an estimated 224 MW or 30.3% of the total.

The leading facility type in the past week was incineration (with energy recovery). This
accounted for 11 projects, with a total estimated value of US$1,859 million. This was equal to
39.0% of the total.
In terms of estimated capacity, the leading facility type was biofuel, which amounted to an
annualised 4,770,510 tonnes or 45.4% of the total. Incineration (with energy recovery) was the
leading facility type in terms of anticipated power output. This amounted to 408 MW, equal to
55.1% of the total.
