CONSULTATION SERVICE SYNOPSIS:
The purpose of this service is to provide clients with general advice and
guidance on all airworthiness related matters with regards to aircraft design
and production, aircraft import and export, and aircraft operations.
CONSULTATION PACKAGE:
Depending on the nature of the client’s consultation request, this service will
include one or more of the following:
? A one-to-one session with one of our consultants to discuss and evaluate your
requirements.
? Practical advice and guidance as required.
? An explicit report on our recommendations along with any applicable regulatory
references.
? Onsite support on the implementation of our recommendations.
? Any other relevant and applicable assistance.
CONSULTATION FEE:
?125 + VAT per hour.
NOTES:
? The stated rate excludes expenses where applicable.
? We are happy to agree a discounted rate or a cap on aggregate fees for consul-
tation requests which are of a recurrent nature, or those which will involve a
significant number of sessions or onsite support.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT OF A LEAN MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
This service involves the use of LEAN management principles to streamline our
client’s processes, eliminate waste, increase efficiency, maximise resources,
and improve bottom line.
We will commence by working closely with our clients to fully understand and
evaluate their offerings and processes.
Further to this, our LEANEARISATIONTM consultation package will include the fo-
llowing:
? The production of a detailed Value Stream Map (VSM).
? The design and development of a detailed LEAN transformation programme.
? Up to 12 months support and practical guidance on implementation.
? The provision of fundamental LEAN training to frontline personnel.
? The provision of comprehensive LEAN transformation and management training to
the LEAN team and management personnel.

PROVISION OF INDEPENDENT & CONSTRUCTIVE COMPLIANCE AUDIT SERVICES
The purpose of this service is to provide an independent audit of our client’s
facility and processes in order to verify their compliance with the conditions
of their approval, or the approval they are seeking. It is a particularly bene-
ficial way to prepare for regulatory inspections and audits.
The consultation package will include the following:
? A comprehensive audit of our client’s facility and processes.
? Provision of a comprehensive audit report which includes explicit references
to areas of non-compliance or potential problems, along with practical and
constructive recommendations on how to tackle them.
? Provision of supplementary recommendations on how to improve effectiveness and
efficiency within their processes.
? Onsite support on the implementation of our recommendations.

PRODUCTION OF TECHNICAL MANUALS & DOCUMENTATION
The service allows our clients to outsource the production of technical manuals
and documentation which are required by the airworthiness regulations and imple-
menting rules or for other operational reasons. For instance, DOHs, POEs, MOMs,
MOEs, CAMEs, procedural manuals and documentation for technical projects etc.
Depending on the nature of the client’s consultation request, this service will
include one or more of the following:
? A one-to-one session with one of our consultants to discuss and fully evaluate
your requirements.
? Production and submission of the required technical manual or documentation.
? For clients seeking initial or additional approvals:
? Complimentary regulatory and management training if required.
? Complimentary support and guidance through their approval process.

aircraft is in an airworthy state, and that it satisfies regulatory and client
requirements. This service is particularly beneficial when conducted at the mid-
term and end of a lease period, or prior to the purchase of a used aircraft.
? A one-to-one session with one of our consultants to discuss any specific re-
quirements you may have.
? A comprehensive audit of the aircraft’s technical documentation including con-
tinuing airworthiness and maintenance records.
? Detailed physical inspection and assessment of the aircraft.
? Compilation and submission of a comprehensive inspection and audit report.
