AP Biology is equivalent to a college Introductory Biology course for majors: 2 semester course with lab Invest your time expect to spend 5-10 hours each week working on biology outside of class you must do the reading! Lecture-based course a lot of material to cover in too little time

- 9. Teaching Experience The 2011 2012 school year marks my 12th year in teaching. Ive been teaching AP Biology for the last 7 years. I have also taught seventh and eighth grades during summer school in the District of Columbia.
