There is a $25.00 setup fee for each meal function of 25 persons or lessGuaranteesThe Convention Center will require your menus and meeting room requirements no later than two weeks before your meeting or food function.
Convention Center facilities are guaranteed on a first confirmed, first served basis.

If no guarantee is received by the Catering Office, we will then consider your last number of attendees as the guarantee. We will be prepared to serve 5% over your guarantee number.Banquet and Meeting RoomsAs other groups may be utilizing the same room prior to or following your function, please adhere to the times agreed on. Should your time schedule change, please contact the Catering Office, and every effort will be made to accommodate you.
