A study measured the wellbeing of users of bilingual advocacy services across several factors before and after receiving services. The study found improvements in all areas including control over decisions, independence, having a voice, access to information, signposting to other services, quality of life, and prevention of future issues. Users reported higher scores on average for each factor after receiving bilingual advocacy services compared to their initial scores.
