The Affinity Leadership Program was created by Mr. Devon Horton, Principal of Wendell Phillips Academy High School, to provide a structured system for students to gain leadership opportunities, participate in community service, and have an accountability structure through affinity groups. Affinity groups are formed around shared interests or common goals and include examples like social clubs, fraternities, hobby clubs, and political groups. The program offers elected leadership positions within each affinity group, such as President, Vice President, Secretary, and others.
