Lachlann MacDonald provided excellent customer service that helped Wayne Ward purchase a new Maserati Ghibli. Lachlann was professional, courteous and understanding of Wayne's hesitation to change from BMWs and Audis. Despite Wayne's wife lacking interest, Lachlann interacted with her well to help finalize the purchase. Wayne is now satisfied with his decision and purchase.

WESTMORE Trading Pty Ltd Dear Sales Manager I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the way that McCarrolls Maserati looked after me with regards to the purchase of a new Maserati Ghibli. More specifically, I was lucky that I was “handled” by Lachlann MacDonald who from my first walk in, to the test drive and also the meeting with my wife has displayed nothing less than a professional and extremely courteous attitude towards making my purchase as easy as possible. I am particularly grateful for the way he interacted with my wife, who, despite a lack of real interest on her part, between them they were able to sort out my colour choices Being a long time BMW 5 Series /Audi A6 owner (ie. last 20 years), making the change to a Sports Sedan was not an easy decision for me to make. Lachlann seemed to understand my hesitation and went out of his way to help me feel personally comfortable about this new change of direction.
