Management Consulting uses various communication skills in order to work with companies to promote breakthroughs and achievements. Training specialists were voted as one of the 50 Best Careers of 2011. This job requires you to train supervisors in communication and interpersonal skills making them better managers or setting up training workshops for new hires. Employment in this area is expect to jump 23% by 2018 according to the Labor Department report.
